Vince brings over 40 years of experience in technology research and development, specializing in advanced analytics and machine learning for financial services. Following 15 years of R&D at Bell Labs, Bell Communications Research, and Lucent, he held senior leadership positions, including Partner at KPMG, Managing Partner of Global Transformation at Unisys, and Executive Partner and Head of Insurance for Africa at IBM Global Business Services, where he also led Analytics and AI Solutions for Africa and Southeast Asia. More recently, he served as Head of Financial Crime Intelligence for Asia’s largest insurer. 

He has extensive experience building and deploying large systems, and applying advanced analytics, network analytics, and machine learning to anti-bribery & corruption, third party risk management, and detection of fraud, waste, and abuse in insurance claims and procurement transactions. 

Co-author of two books (with Ralph) on innovation, transformation, and emerging new business models, contributing editor to two others, over 40 papers on technical topics ranging from high-performance transaction systems to intelligent automation, including numerous conference and media appearances, and holds 3 U.S. Patents. MS in Computer Science from Columbia University, BS Mathematics.
