Susan Hanna is Co-Founder and CEO of 149tech, with experience in building agile organizations and delivering digital solutions across healthcare and technology. Her work focuses on applying design and systems thinking to improve customer experience, strengthen business responsiveness, and support sustainable growth aligned with market needs.

She works with teams to reframe traditional approaches, generate new insights, and develop new partnerships, operating models, and strategies.

She has led the design and launch of a health technology innovation lab to support a customer-led mindset, advanced a teleconsultation platform for HIV patients in Malaysia, and developed systems-based models to improve HPV vaccine uptake.

She also launched and scaled an AI-based startup achieving over 35% NOI in its first year, and co-led the design and execution of MSD’s Singapore 2018 Digital Health Summit.
